$10 Heathcote Shiraz
We’ve landed a nice little stash of a cracking Heathcote Shiraz. Don’t let the cleanskin exterior fool you. Heathcote is a hot spot Shiraz region for a reason with its’ rich soil and consistent terroir influences ideally suited to this powerhouse grape varietal.
For Shiraz lovers, this wine delivers on all fronts. A lovely inky depth of colour. Dark complex fruit. Lifted aromas of blackberry, pepper and cherry. Voluptuous and well balanced, the wine divulges a gentle oak backbone and palate notations of blood plum, cherry, pepper and chocolate.
$12 per bottle or $120 per dozen (that makes it only $10 per bottle!!)
With a label on it, this would retail for $40+. Be quick. It will fly.
